Our dedicated local growers handle every step of the journey on the farm, carefully seeding, harvesting, and toasting the beans using traditional, artisan methods passed down through generations. Grown with zero pesticides in the mineral-rich highlands of Cayaguanca, El Salvador at 1,678 meters above sea level, to create the truly unique flavor of El Pital Coffee.
Our signature Mountain Peak blend masterfully pairs two distinct, prized bean varieties—Pacamara and Pacas—resulting in a rich, smooth, and delightfully fruity coffee experience. For those who love a bold cup, our High Altitude Italian Roast is toasted the old artisan way to absolute perfection.
